My working methods

How many times do you enter a company and feel like another customer?

A secretary welcomes you and in a somewhat hasty manner escorts you to the owner's office; you sit down in his office and see out of the corner of your eye that he keeps on looking at his iPhone which rings, just in that instant. You are already ready for his apologies, for him who walks away and leaves the office to answer and instead, twist: he silences it.

At first you think that this is kindness towards you but, at the end, you will understand that it was not so.

Then you start discussing the details of the collection and he starts answering your first questions a little evasively.

Despite this, the meeting continues and after he has shown you his samples, you decide the models to make and define the changes together.

He submits you a first offer and you decide to continue, having a first sample developed.

You leave the company happy, proud of the good job that allows you to fully focus on the other tasks of the day.

After all, he assures you that he will always be available for any clarification.

Days go by and on the agreed date you have your samples in your hand.

They are exactly as you requested and therefore you decide to entrust him with the production.

You agree on a new date with a promise to receive updates as the belts are produced.

But the days go by and you have no news.

Your manager asks you about the collection and you don't know what to say, awkward right?

You start calling your supplier and you get no answer. He will call back, you think, remembering the availability he promised you.

After all, you have no reason to doubt: the delivery of the samples was on time.

You decide to wait a few more days.

You recall. Still no reply.

Here you start to worry and suddenly you remember the call he had silenced during your meeting; maybe it was another customer like you who just wanted information about his belts.

Your working life is involved and you begin to hang up on the phone.

Finally he answers you and with a slightly irritated tone informs you that the delivery will be late.

A few more days is not a problem, you think, the important thing is that everything is perfect.

But days go by, the collection is shipped but you get a call from the quality control: the belts are not as you requested them.

What are you doing at this point?

First of all you try to stay calm, you have a very important decision to make:

- Do you decide to keep the goods anyway and lower the quality standards?

- Do you hang up on the phone and start negotiating a discount with the supplier?

- Do you expect the order to be completely redone by postponing the sale?

Whatever you decide to do, the result is still the same: you waste time and your company loses money.

And what was supposed to be a simple job becomes a nightmare.

Not really the ideal solution, don't you think?

Unfortunately, I have heard many stories like these from my clients and that is why I have developed a precise working method that allows me to leave nothing to chance and that makes me empathize with the client and understand. your needs immediately.

It is not a job that I invented overnight: the thirty years of experience and the great knowledge I have acquired in this period have allowed me to have a very high degree of specialization. I don't know how many other producers can boast it.

But returning to my working method, it is divided into three phases:

1. STUDY

The first step of our journey together is to get to know each other; it is a fundamental step that allows me to understand if I can take the responsibility for your production or not.

2. DEVELOPMENT

After the study phase, which represents the fundamental step of our path, we can move on to the development of your project.

3. PRODUCTION

The third and last phase is that of the production of your collection according to the agreed methods and times.
