From Studio54 to your collection of belts: why choose laminate

One of the longest-lived trends that fashion has known is that of metallics!

Since it became fashionable in the years of Disco Music, the metallic has never left us: trousers, shoes, bags and coats in shades of gold, silver and platinum have dominated catwalks and roads.

And obviously belts, to complete the looks by matching shoes and bags, especially in the female world.

I always recommend including some belts that are inspired by seasonal trends, to make the collection more fresh and captivating and the best material to do so is laminate.

But what is it about? The laminate is that material, grain or split leather, on which a sheet is then applied. It is a very functional material not only because it allows us to insert some trendy pieces in a classic collection, but also because the foil that is applied covers the base and therefore we can use a split, saving a lot on the price and having a more competitive belt, without sacrificing the quality of raw materials.

Just to make you understand what I'm talking about, I have also prepared some examples of women's belts. I just made you a small selection from last season to show you how cool and captivating the finished belt can be.

The first article I selected for you is a floral belt; it is a very fresh, summery product, with these little flowers and it was very successful last season, SS2021, and it is just one of the many examples of seasonal laminates that can be used.

Another very nice article is this variant of the python, one of the umpteenth variants of the python; also in this case laminated leather is very colorful and fresh and it was another article that was very successful last season.

Another belt, also Made in Italy for women, is this variant of the classic metallic laminate; in this case we see the base has a reptile grain, a different thing from the classic laminate that can be cloying, a little heavy.

I repeat, there are really many variations, many laminates and you can combine them from season to season.

Why am I telling you this? And especially why should you make these women's belts with me?

Think that we can also pick up one leather per model, one leather per color, which corresponds to about thirty belts, so in this case you can make precautionary orders, reordering the items that are best sold from time to time; in addition, delivery times are very fast because the leathers are already available at home and are laminated directly so that within a few days we have the leathers directly in the company, ready for processing. This is a twofold advantage because it not only shortens delivery times, but also does not take up the warehouse.
